Toy Drive - Welby Way would like to help support those families in need during the holiday season. In partnership with Cub Scouts Pack 175 and the California Highway Patrol, we will be running a Toy Drive starting tomorrow, Wednesday, Dec. 6th - Thursday, Dec. 14th. Families and students are welcome to drop off any new and unwrapped toy to the main office from 7:30 am - 4:30 pm. Bring a toy and help give joy!!!
Food Drive - In partnership with the local Boys and Girls Club in Canoga Park, Welby Way will also be running a food drive to help 50 families in need. Donated food can be dropped off in the designated box in the main office starting Wednesday, Dec. 6th until Thursday, Dec. 14th from 7:30 am - 4:30 pm. We asking for the following items for the lower and upper grade students.
*Our 5th grade students will be invited along with their families to transport the items along with assembly and pass out the 50 bags to provide to the families in need. More details to come.
TK - 2nd - Pasta, Rice, Dried beans and/or granola bars
3rd - 5th Grade - Canned goods (pull top cans preferred), pudding and instant mash potatoes.
