Math Olympiad

What is Math Olympiad? It's is an international math competition started in 1979. Over 120,000 students in 39 countries participate. It exposes students to multiple strategies for out-of-the-box problem solving, developing mathematical flexibility, and fosters mathematical creativity and ingenuity. Students use their mathematical strategies and intuition to solve challenging math problems in monthly (on-campus) competitions.
What do you do at meetings?

Who: 4th and 5th grade students
When: Students meet once a week from 11:15-12:15 with a math coach during student’s lunchtime (day of the week to be determined) from November - March
Where: On campus during your school day
