Annual School Experience Survey: This is our final week for the School Experience Survey and we have a few classes with 100% participation and earning an ice cream party for their class. Please take a few minutes to complete the Annual School Experience Survey using the following link: https://www.lausd.org/SES Only one survey per family is requested and all students whose family submits the confirmation form to your classroom teacher via email or paper will receive a special "Bedazzle" for an ice cream party. Thank you for your time and input with the survey.
This Week:
Monday: This Monday at 3:00 pm via zoom we will have our April LSLC/Governance Meeting to discuss the calendar and schedule for the 2025 - 2026 school year. All are welcome to attend and the zoom link is included below along with the agenda attached.

Thursday: On Thursday the El Camino Choir is coming to Welby Way to perform for our 2nd - 5th grade students. I can't wait to see and hear their amazing talent.
Also, on Thursday Ms. Boyle's class will be presenting their student Wax Museum for parents. This presentation is for adults only and all visitors will need to check in at the main office.
Friday: On Friday we will have our next spirit day with dress as a twin. To ensure all students are included students can do this as a class, with a friend, or a group of friends.
Also, on Friday is the last day for families to accept or decline your eChoices offer for a charter or magnet school. If you have been accepted to a charter and magnet and you do not accept by deadline of Friday, April 11th, you will lose you spot for that school. Following spring break, we will begin to make phones calls for the charter or lottery wait list students for any grade level where there are available spots.
Field Trips: On Wednesday Mrs. Fishman and Mrs. McLoud's classes will be going on a field trip to Leonis Adobe and Mrs. Rozansky and Ms. Denne's class will go on Thursday.
Reminder: There is no school April 14th - 18th for spring break along with no school on Thursday, April 24th for Armenian Genocide.
