LSLC/Governance:

POWW Restaurant Day:
On Tuesday, April 14th stop by the new Raising Canes, which makes fantastic fried chicken, on Topanga Canyon Blvd. Welby families can mention the school when ordering all day from when the restaurant opens at Noon until it closes at 10PM. Enjoy and thank you for your support.
Honor's Award Assembly:
This Thursday will be our next Honor Awards Assembly as I look forward to congratulating our scholarly students who demonstrate strong character traits. If your child is receiving an award, your child's teacher will have reached out to you.
Snack Shack:
This Friday, 5th grade will be hosting snack shack once again for all students. If the line is long, please remind your child that you will meet them at the front gate so that grade level gates can be closed on time.
Future Dates:
Please mark your calendar for Open House on Thursday, April 23rd from 5:30 - 6:30 pm with Welby Way Cheer performing in the front of the school at 5:00 pm. Also, on this day will be minimum day dismissal at 12:50 pm.
