I hope you all are enjoying a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable weekend. I look forward to seeing everyone tomorrow morning at our weekly Monday Morning Assembly. This week, we will be congratulating our Welby Way Olympic winners, and Coach Richard will announce the top runners from the Rams Run Club.
3rd–5th Grade Testing
This is an important final stretch of the school year, with only 27 days of school remaining. The next couple of weeks are especially important, as our 3rd–5th grade students will be taking their state assessments, with 4th grade beginning tomorrow.
During this time, it is very important that students arrive to school on time and attend every day so they can do their best on the tests and in the classroom—because in the classroom is where it’s at! Testing will end each day around recess, so please plan appointments in the afternoon over the next few weeks to allow your child every opportunity to shine. Please be sure your child gets a good night's sleep, has a healthy breakfast, and is prepared to do their best on the test!
Rams Run Club
This week, Rams Run Club will meet on Tuesday instead of Wednesday due to 5th grade leaving for Pali Camp on Wednesday.
Pali Camp
On Wednesday, our 5th graders will be heading off to Pali Camp to learn, bond, and make wonderful memories together. I know they will have an amazing time. Fifth grade parents, please be sure to check your email for departure details and updates.
Future Dates
No School
There will be no school on Monday, May 25th in honor of Memorial Day.
Spring Sing
Our TK/K, 2nd, and 4th grade classes will have our annual Spring Sing on Thursday, May 29th at 8:30 am and 1:15 pm in the auditorium.
5th Grade Culmination
Our 5th grade culmination ceremony will take place on Tuesday, June 9th:
- 8:30 a.m. for the Magnet
- 10:30 a.m. for the Charter
Last Day of School
The final day of the school year will be Wednesday, June 10th.
Minimum Day Dismissal – 12:50 p.m.
Minimum day dismissal at 12:50 p.m. will be on:
- Friday, June 5th
- Monday, June 8th
- Wednesday, June 10th
Tuesday, June 9th will be a regular 1:30 p.m. dismissal.
First Day of School – 2026–2027
The first day of school for the 2026–2027 school year will be Wednesday, August 12th.
